CoreConcrete was born from a simple observation: a decade spent solving, project after project, the same problem the United States now faces at a much larger scale — how to build more housing, faster, without sacrificing quality or budget.

In Colombia, that experience was forged leading the execution of more than 2,655 housing units across high-density multifamily projects, using industrialized reinforced concrete systems — a methodology that reduced construction timelines, improved quality control, and sustained execution pace floor after floor with no room for downtime.

Wood-frame construction has rightfully been the standard for single-family housing and low-rise multifamily projects (up to 4 stories) in the United States — it performs well at that scale. But when the challenge is building upward to make the most of available land and meet the scale of today's housing crisis, industrialized reinforced concrete systems offer a response better suited to the scale and urgency the U.S. market and society demand today. CoreConcrete exists to bring that alternative — not as theory, but as a methodology already executed successfully, now adapted for the U.S. market.
